Well, it was an exciting weekend at the cabin. We got a lot done and there was a few crazy moments. First, the beam that weighs about 2,000 pounds fell through the second and first floor into the basement. Scary hu? Then if you look at the roof picture you will see the purlins angled out from the beam in the middle, well Cameron was on the ladder next to a purlin hammering it in and the ladder fell out from under him. He was able to grab on to the purlin and hang there until Jared and Josh got the ladder back up. It was terrifying to watch, it would have been like a 20 foot drop. Thankfully he is fine. Grandma, Jen, Brancen, Mick, Coop, & I did so more chinking and I have to say it was pretty fun but I am sure I will not feel the same way by the time we are all done. There is sooooo much chinking to do.
